School Transport providers are commissioned by Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) and as such the school does not hold responsibility or authority over their work.
We currently have 9 different transport providers, contactable via the numbers below:

We have a close and effective working relationship with each of the transport providers and discuss with them the needs of all our pupils and best strategies to support them. Many families develop close relationships with the drivers and passenger assistants and for most children, travel to and from school is a very enjoyable part of the day. Sometimes problems do arise and if you are unable to resolve this with a friendly chat to the transport team on your child’s bus, you can notify the School Transport Team at LCC on 01522 782 020 or email: TSG_SEND@lincolnshire.gov.uk
To report an incident on school transport; report frequent late running school transport; cancel your transport permanently; request a bus swap; request a TRA number or request a PAY number for Post 16 transport, please click here.
Please notify your child’s transport crew if:
• Your child will not be coming to school.
• Your child will not need taking home.
• Your child will be off school for a period of time.
If your child is on lone transport, it is your responsibility to arrange with the transport provider when your child will be travelling, or not travelling.
Please also notify the School Office if your child is not coming into school.
Please notify LCC:
• If your child’s needs change at any point.
• If you are moving house as you will need to submit a new School Transport application to confirm your child’s eligibility for transport.
