Welcome to Boston Endeavour Academy
On behalf of the pupils, staff and governors, and the Community Inclusive Trust (CIT), I would like to welcome you to our school. As part of the CIT family, BEA can draw on the expertise across the Trust and central team to provide the highest levels of education and care for our pupils.
As Headteacher, I am delighted to welcome you to BEA. Our pupils are at the heart of everything we do. We are a values-driven school where Care, Respect, Encouragement and Working Together (CREW) are lived every day.
At BEA, we are a CREW. We build through care and respect, empower through encouragement, and achieve by working together. Our priority is to ensure every pupil feels safe, supported and valued, so that they belong and thrive socially, emotionally and academically.
Through our carefully designed pathway curriculum and dedicated staff, every learner is supported to reach their full potential and develop the skills, confidence and resilience needed for life beyond Boston Endeavour Academy.
