At Boston Endeavour Academy, inclusion and SEND are central to who we are and how we work every day. We ensure to build a learning environment in which every pupil feels safe and secure, valued and supported, and where pupils are our priority. Our commitment to inclusion means we adapt our curriculum, approaches, and learning spaces to meet the diverse needs of every pupil, enabling all to include, succeed, and flourish. This ethos reflects our core values of caring and encouraging every child and being passionate about learning — where differences are celebrated and every voice matters.
Our approach ensures that barriers to learning and well‑being are identified and removed, every pupil has access to high‑quality education, and outcomes are continually monitored to ensure all learners thrive. This inclusive culture is embedded across all aspects of school life, from personalised planning and targeted support to collaborative teaching practices and strong pastoral care.
We prioritise SEND and Inclusion so highly that we have dedicated leadership roles — our Inclusion Lead, Laura Turner, and our SEND Lead, Natalie Ruck — working closely with the attendance and safeguarding team at BEA to champion an inclusive culture across the school. Together, they support families, staff, and external partners to ensure that our values are lived every day, giving every pupil the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
