Boston Endeavour Academy is proud to contribute to the development of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) practice in other schools.

Richard Gamman, Headteacher and Aaron Bloodworth-Flatt, Assistant Headteacher both hold Specialist Leader of Education (SLE) status in recognition of their expertise in SEND.
Anthony Bowen is seconded from the school to Lincolnshire’s highly regarded Autism and Social Communication outreach team, the Working Together Team (WTT).
